Its authors are Dr. Poonam Pandey (Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore), Dr. Govert Valkenburg (Leiden University), Dr. Annapurna Mamidipudi (Maastricht University) and Prof. dr. Wiebe E. Bijker (Maastricht University). The policy brief is based on research in the NWO-RRI project on Responsible Innovation in Biogas in India, led by Prof. dr. Bijker.
